you must be 18+ when commissioning me

i have every right to turn down, cancel/refund a commission if a client becomes hostile, impatient, rude, etc.

i do not accept deadlines

project completion may take up to 1-2 months, if that is a problem please seek another artist!

for illustrations, i accept payment upfront and full. if you do not pay upon requesting, your slot will be put on a backburner in queue.

i primarily accept cashapp and venmo, paypal works as a last ditch effort.

please keep your commission inquiry brief, to the point and simple. i do not accept traditional refs, please send a full color reference. i may ask for more references if needed.

i add a fee for unnecessary changes to a sketch. (+$10) i do not apply a fee if i miss a marking, draw something on the wrong side, etc. i will only charge a fee for nitpicks.

i do not do changes post color, if something is worth changing you shouldve addressed that earlier.

i send a lot of wips! I usually do 2-3 sketches for a commisssion. the very first sketch will be very rough and is nowhere near final.

you may ask for updates, but please be considerate about the frequency of doing so.

i retain the right to use any and all art made by myself, including commissions, however I wish for promotional purposes. as the client, you are entitled to using your commission any personal or non-commercial way.

refunds are available only if the commission has not been started. if your commission is started you are not permitted to a refund, and only a project cancellation.

do not use my art for nfts, ai training, or gooner edits.

i can keep a commission private however there will be a fee if you do not want it posted to patreon. ($25 compensation fee) i post all of my work on patreon, so keeping it off of my main income platform will need a fee.
